'Civil Asset Forfeiture Impound (CAFI)'
The Civil Asset Forfeiture Impound, or CAFI for short, is unlocked after the mission 'The Audition'. There are two impound sites one for land and air vehicles and another for sea vehicles. You will be shown the location of the sea vehicle impound hangar when you deliver your first vehicle to the land and air impound. There are fours lists in total. Three for land and air and one for sea vehicles. You can drop off the vehicles in any order, and they will be crossed out with a red line so you don't forget. The boards are pasted on a wall outside the impound site. If you enter a vehicle the CAFI requires, a message will appear in the top left telling you so. You will be payed for each vehicle you hand-over and there are a total of 32.
REWARD: Money for each vehicle hand-over and a bonus after each board. Deliver all 32 vehicles to get a no-fee pass for Pay 'n' Spray's around Vice City.
