'Takin' out the White-trash'
Louise is in a state. She has left some of her baby's things at Marty's. You agree to drive over there with her so she can pick them up. Jack the nearest vehicle and head to the trailer park. When you turn up you are welcomed by a group of Marty's men. They aren't taking kindly to you coming back to the trailer park. When the cut-scene ends you must take out the 'trash', Marty's men, so make sure you have a weapon ready. Louise has a baseball bat on her, but don't let her take one of Marty's men alone. Do all the work yourself, because if Louise gets herself killed, the mission will be failed. Pick off the guys as they approach you, there is a health icon in the middle if you need to heal yourself. Finish off Marty's men and take Louise back to her sister's apartment. More of Marty's men will follow you there, but if you drive fast enough you should be able to make it without them even catching up with you. Marty J is sure not going to be pleased to hear you and Louise have taken his men out.

'D.I.V.O.R.C.E.'
Louise' sister, Mary-Jo, tells Vic that Marty has kidnapped Louise and is planning to 'turn her out'. Make your way to the trailer park, by following the pink blip . Jack a durable and reasonably fast vehicle, such as the standard taxi or a van, and park it facing North. When you enter the pink marker outside Marty's trailer, a cutscene will play, Marty will take Louise into his Bobcat and speed off leaving his two men to deal with you, when the cutscene closes wipe the two guys out, jump in your vehicle and drive North fast through the alley into little Havana. Marty is shown as a red blip on the map. If you time it right, you should come out of the alley and make a side collision with Marty. Try to hit his bobcat with force at an angle, so that it spins out of control. Then perform a drive-by, not destroying his vehicle. If you miss the hit keep close on his trail, he will take a long route to the brothel so you should have more than enough opportunities to perform a drive-by. When you have applied enough damage, Marty will exit his bobcat. Get out of your car and blast him to the ground with a shotgun, and a second time if he gets back up. Now get back to the bobcat to see Louise. She is shocked at the fact that you've just killed Marty, she is afraid of how she's going to cope with her baby. Follow the new blip to a safehouse, drive carefully as you cannot swap vehicles during your journey. The property you drop her off at is Phil's Junk yard in GTA: Vice City. It will become your safehouse after this mission.

'To Victor, the spoils'
Louise has been thinking. She wants you to take over Marty's business, you could both do with the cash. Take Louise with you to Sunshine Auto's to recruit henchmen as help. Follow the games instruction on how to recruit, then recruit the two men pick up the Uzi on the left and take one of the four door vehicles in the car park. Travel to Marty's loan shark office a few seconds away, you must put it out of business by killing the guards outside. When the cutscene concludes, run to a side and pick them off one at a time. Louise has gone to find some other guys and will meet you later. When the men defending Marty's office are eliminated, head to the next place to wipe out the remnents of his protection racket. There are a number of ways you can go about wiping out the gang outside. One would be to throw a long distance grenade and then finish them off with any other weapon. Another would be to drive through them all running over as many as possible. A third, and my recommended approach, would be to drive past several times, allowing the henchmen in your car to perform a drive-by. When Marty's guards are beaten, you must enter the site and kill the two men inside. A lengthy cutscene will play, Louise will congratulate you and the game will properly introduce to the side mission "Empire Building", giving a guide to how it works. Empire Building blips will heavily populate your radar map from this place onwards, and you will be notified of your earnings daily.

After this mission you will recieve a pager messge from 'VCTN' telling you there is someone waiting for you at the airport. Who could it be? Louises' mission set is put on a hold for now. Head to the plane blip to continue.
