This is a one-off mission to tie the storyline together, it does not belong in a set of missions.
'Jive Drive'
Make sure you have maximum health and armour and are packing a very good arsenal before stepping into the marker at the airport - this one's a toughie! Your brother, Lance Vance, shows up. He insists he has changed his bad ways, and Vic agrees to give him one chance. Getting Lance to his hotel is not going to be the easy task it seems. The Cholos show up and have been looking for you, they are seeking revenge. Lance will take control of the wheel, leaving you as the first person shooter to fend of the attacking Cholos (red blips on the radar map). You will be provided with infinite Uzi ammo to see you through the chase. The meter to the right of the screen measures the damage the car has taken. Use circle to shoot and the analog stick to move your crosshair. Accuracy is key throughout this part of the mission, so use the L1 button to slow down movement of the target crosshair. As soon as the cutscene ends, move your analog stick down a touch and from left to right whilst pressing circle, to take out the first two Cholos. Quickly swing your aim to the right on the Cholo sabre, keeping your crosshair at a good height level. You should aim for the tires of the Cholo sabres, to make them spin out of control. When there is a Cholo performing a drive-by in a car aim for him only (using L1) to evade the threat - not every vehicle will have to be destroyed. If you pass a Cholo/Cholo sabre, do not turn around to finish them off, keep your focus on the next set - turning around will only lose your aim. As you approach the flood control areas, watch for Cholos who will pop-up from above. When you reach a ramp a little further on, Lance will make one 'last Vance dance' and clear a roof putting your vehicle out of use and ending the first person shooter part of the mission.
It is now your call to protect Lance from the Cholos, on foot. Lance's health is recorded by the meter to the left of your screen - do not let it max out! Select the pistol to kill the first wave of Cholos, as they will come at you together, and you can move whilst shooting with it. Lance will run in your line of fire occasionally, so be aware of his location. The Cholos will come from different angles and can waste you in a short amount of time if you are not careful. Use the radar map to see where the Cholos are. The most important to kill will be the ones surrounding Lance, as he must stay alive. Switch to an SMG or shotgun if you feel more comfortable, and do not stop tapping R1 to target the next Cholo in line. When all the Cholos are wasted you will have to run from the cops. A few cruisers will turn-up. Jack one of the Cholos' sabres and get out of there as fast as you can. You can visit the Pay 'n' Spray if you want to clear your two star heat, but so long as you drive fast via the main road, reaching the hotel destination will be fairly easy.
This mission will unlock Umberto Robina's mission set (Go to the U blip on the map) and will also allow you to attempt Louises' final missions on this island.

UMBERTO ROBINA MISSION SET:
'Nice Package'
Umberto is the latest person you have to work for. Until he sees that you have balls, though, there will be no alliance between you and him. Prove yourself by picking up a red hot package from Downtown and dropping if off at Vice Port. Juan, one of Umberto's men will drive with you. You will have to race two other Cubans to the package. The green blip represents the location of the package, the red blip represents the opposition with the package. Immediatly make your way to the main stretch of road leading directly North to the package. You can pick up a lot of speed by taking this route, as opposed to driving through the streets. Before you get there one of the competitors, Hilberto, will pick up the package, regardless of how fast you get there. You must be ready to drive-by his car and retrieve the package. Juan will help by shooting out of his window. Ram Hilberto into a wall, so you can inflict a lot of damage in a short period of time. Eventually, he will get of the car leaving the drugs package. You have to get the package off Hilberto before he reaches the drop-off destination. As soon as it is dropped, you will be given two wanted level stars. Pick it up and hastily get to Vice Port. The police and Carlos, the other competitor, will be on hot pursuit to get the package from you. There is no real need to go to a Pay 'n' Spray, to clear your wanted level - if you drive at a consistent high speed, they will not pose much of a threat to you. Enter the pink marker with the package to complete the mission.
