'Balls'
Umberto tells you of trouble from Martinez. The Cholos are rioting the streets of Little Havana and it is your duty to stop them before the havoc meter fills. Being the coward he is, Umberto backs out of helping you. Instead, he leaves you with two of his men. Cross the road when the cutscene ends and enter the conveniently parked Admiral. Motor to the first red 'threat' blip on the map. The Cholos in this area will be on foot. Stay in your car and drive them all down. Simple. The second will be in a Cholo sabre, the two other occupants of your car will perform a drive-by. Speed close to the gang car enough times for them to blow it up, you can also help by shooting out of the window yourself. When their car goes up in flames, they will more than likely get out and run towards you. Either run over them or drive-by them. Now make a change of vehicle, just to be safe, and get to the third blip. There will be more Cholos on foot - run them over again and start following the fourth and final blip, another Cholo car. Execute a drive-by or more to destroy the vehicle and free the streets of Little Havana from total havoc. Take the two men back to Umberto's.

'Papi Don't Screech'
Umberto's men have spotted Cholos on the way over to the "wrestling man", where his father, Alberto is. They didn't have the balls to stop them, but truth is, neither does Umberto - he turns on the fake tears to ensure he doesn't have to stop them scaring his father. Looks like another job for Vic Vance. Get in Umberto's car and follow the pink blip to the stadium to pick-up Alberto. Swing into the pink marker to trigger a cutscene. Alberto has to get to his cafe quick - he's never been late opening. You have until a certain time to get there but must drive slow, as Alberto has a heart condition and no medication with him. There will be a stress meter. Bashing into cars, driving at high speeds and gun shots will raise his stress levels. Begin driving down to his cafe, avoiding any of the listed to raise his stress - the time limit is not too strict so just take your time. Tap X constantly all the way, if need be. However, you could take the more riskier option of hitting full speed and then slamming the brakes on a second or two before the meter maxes out. Approaching mid-way of your route to his cafe, the Cholos will start appearing in areas around Little Havana (expressed as red blips on the radar map). Sneak past them by taking quick detours. Alberto would not stand the stress of an attack so it is essential you keep your distance. Plot an alternative route to the cafe via the highway where there is no threat from the Cholos.

'Havana Good Time'
Umberto talks his men into one last plot to get the Cholos out of Vice city forever, whilst he plays the yellow bellied chicken role again, by 'co-ordinating the attack'. Your first objective will be carried out alone, you have to take out the Cholo guards at their warehouse, you will meet up with Mr. Robina's men once you've done the job. As with most missions at this point on the game and onwards, you should top up your health, armour and ammo before setting out. This is the final mission on this island for Umberto.
An Uzi is provided. Take it, enter the Cuban Hermes next to you and head to the warehouse. There will be lots of Cholos patrolling the area. Draw your Uzi and wipe them out, using the huts as a cover when needing to reload. When the last man is dead, Umberto's men will arrive in a van. They have a nice 'gift' for the Cholos, an Umberto look-a-likey bomb doll. You must now protect Umberto's guys while they unload the van of guns. The guns meter reads how damaged the guns are. You will have to eliminate lots of Cholos as they attack Umberto's guys and the van full of guns. The key is to move from one of Umberto's men to the other tapping R1 constantly to target the nearest Cholo and to take notice of which direction they are coming from on the radar map. You will not stop shooting until the guys have done what they have come to do, wire it all up. There is body armour and health in the warehouse, so should you get close to death you can resume your full life quickly. Cholos will arrive in carloads after a while.
