'Playground On The Town'

     Playground On The Town is available from the start of the game. Head downtown to the police station, and go around the back where there is a staircase and an Enforcer SWAT van. Past the Enforcer you will see a PCJ-600 motorbike resting against a wall. Jump on the seat to trigger the mission.
